We’re quick! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two fabulous ways to get your fashion fix:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping on orders over £50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch

📦 Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas (we’re working on it!).

We get it – sometimes that perfect piece doesn’t fit quite right or match your vision. That’s why we’ve made returns as smooth as our silkiest dresses.

Return Basics

  • 15-day window to return from delivery date
  • Free exchanges (we’re nice like that!)
  • Refunds processed faster than you can say “next season’s collection!”
  • Original tags must be attached and items unworn

Non-Returnable Items

Some things are forever (or at least non-returnable):

  • Underwear & Nightwear (for obvious hygiene reasons – we don’t make the rules!)
  • Final sale items (marked clearly – these are the fashion equivalent of “no take-backsies”)

How to Return in 3 Easy Steps

Step 2: Pack It Up

Use the original packaging (or something equally protective – no grocery bags please!) and include all tags.

Return Shipping Options

  • Standard Returns: You cover return shipping (we recommend tracking – lost packages are sadder than last season’s trends)
  • Exchanges: We’ll cover the shipping cost for your new item (our treat!)

💳 Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items). Original shipping fees will be deducted from refunds for returns that qualified for free shipping.

Exchange Process

Want a different size or color? We’ll rush your exchange faster than you can say “free shipping over £50!” Just:
